Shipping Policy

Where we ship from
Orders are packed and shipped from our distribution centre in Kwadijk, the Netherlands.

Where we ship to
We deliver to business addresses worldwide, with the exception of countries under international sanctions.

Processing
We ship your order as soon as possible after we have confirmed it. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we let you know how that affects your order.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the order total. We calculate them once your order has been prepared for dispatch, based on its size, weight and destination, and share them with you before anything is sent.

Delivery
Delivery times depend on the destination and are estimates. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at the business address. Check the outer packaging on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier. Report damage or missing items as described in our Refund Policy.

Outside the EU
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These costs are for the recipient.
